Fees:

Late Entries:  $20 (post marked paperwork and/or payment NOT received by closing date) 

   If space is limited entries postmarked & paid prior to closing date will have priority

Change Fees: $20 - changes made after closing date (no fee prior to closing date)

   Change of division, horse, rider will be made only if schedule permits

Non-Sufficient Funds Fee (NSF) $25

Refunds:

Entry Fees: In full before closing date less $25 admin fee.

   After closing date: No refund unless space can be filled from wait list, less $25 office fee

Stabling: In full before closing date.

   After closing date: In full ONLY if can be filled from the waiting list

Event Cancellation: No entry or stabling refunds. Schooling vouchers for those who paid for schooling.
